The inherent characteristics of imperfection of animal skins make the cleaning of such garments a challenge to the suede and leather cleaner.  Animals, just as humans, do not have perfect skin devoid of scars, blemishes, and disease. When a manufacturer makes garments from animal skins, he is frequently able to cover or disguises many of the imperfections.  However, the "cover-ups" may not last through the cleaning and finishing process.

Each and every customer should be aware that while Snow Cleaners, Inc., guarantees that its work is the best available under generally accepted cleaning and finishing technologies, we will not have control over the following:

1. That colors may change slightly.
2. That the hand (feel) of the garment may change.
3. That some relaxation shrinkage will occur.
4. That scars and imperfections will be more noticeable.
5. That glue used in manufacturing may be noticeable after cleaning.
6. That multi-colored panels may have dye transfer after the cleaning process.

After you have read the above you will be asked to sign a small form indicating that you wish us to proceed with the cleaning and finishing of your garment. This form does not in any way release Snow Cleaners, Inc., from performing the very best work possible.
